I figured I'd write this, seeing as it may be catching on in about a day or so here.

1) Sam must be blue. If you wish to portray Sam in a different manner, please make sure you run it by :SamODJ:, as he is God and may feel indifferent about your colour choice.

2) Sam's facial features must consist of the following: 2 small circles for eyes and 2 eyebrows both slanted exactly 15.6 degrees to the left.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

3) The person in question must be doing an obscene act to Sam. Hugging and Humping obviously fall under these categories.

4) The person doing an obscene action may be any color, but he must have two "^^" eyes. No exceptions.

5) Sam must be British. You can incorporate this in any way you'd like.
